Human Heart and Circulatory Anatomical Models

Human Heart and Circulatory Anatomical Models

The Human Heart Anatomical Model is a detailed model that illustrates the musculature of the heart and large blood vessels. Sectioned so that both ventricles and atria open to expose the valves. Twice enlarged. Dissects into 4 parts.  The popular Heart of America Model Plus  with Coronary Bypasses Model shows attachable and detachable bypass vessels which let you demonstrate single, double, triple, LIMA and bilateral IMA coronary bypasses, or normal heart without bypasses. Twice life-size.  The Danny Smith Heart Anatomical Model is a 2-times life-size anatomical reproduction with over 60 coded structures. All 4 chambers open for internal viewing.  This Giant Heart of America Model allows views of the interior and exterior of the human heart by flipping open three hinged access portals. Twice the size of a healthy adult heart. The larger than life Heart Conditions and Heart Disease Model, 6-piece model, illustrates the following heart diseases: Atherosclerosis/ Coronary Artery Disease and its progression in the blood vessel, Myocardial Infarction and damage, blocked artery and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy.  The Human Heart Anatomical Model is sectioned into 2 parts to show the thickened ventricle walls, and cardiac valves. Four (4) individual blood vessels models show the progression of atherosclerosis.  The Circulatory System Model is a general view of the network of blood vessels of the body is 1/2 life size.  The Artery Section Model, oversized artery "Y" section with cutaway portions shows build-up of cholesterol deposits in several locations.  The Four Piece Artery Section Model includes a 4-stage cross-section of an artery demonstrating atherosclerosis in which the narrowing of the artery is due to a build up of fatty tissue (cholesterol) and plaque. The 4-stages illustrate normal artery, fatty streak, fibrous plaque, and blockage. The stages cause a decrease in blood flow, which can lead to a blood clot or thrombus.  The Hypertension Model depicts miniature brain, eye, heart, kidney and artery section model show which organs may be affected by Hypertension. Patient education card illustrates the effects associated with hypertension: glaucoma, atherosclerosis, arterial plaque, kidney failure and stroke.
