Larynx Teaching Model With Trachea  is a life-size representation of the larynx and trachea is made of durable SOMSO-Plast. The left half of the larynx is removable. Cartilages, trachea with bronchial tree and the individual segment bronchi, as well as the ligamentous apparatus, muscles and relief of the mucous membrane of the larynx are all shown. The thyroid gland model is also represented.  Our popular  Functional Larynx Teaching Model is the world's largest functional  larynx teaching model and is 4 times life-size with movable vocal cords model, arytenoid cartilages and epiglottis model. This larynx teaching model is ideal for speech correction, music, anatomy and physiology.  The Human Larynx  With Tongue  Model is medially sectioned to show details of the larynx, including cartilages, ligaments, muscles, relief of mucous membrane and thyroid gland. The front of the lower jaw is detachable and separates into 2 parts. The sublingual gland and the submandibular gland are shown.  The Basic Sinus Model is a cutaway model depicting a near medium section through the nose and nasal passages. Details include nasal cavity, soft and hard palate, uvula, eustachian tube and pharyngeal tonsil model. Back side shows ethmoid and maxillary sinus cavities.  Also in this section is the Thyroid Disease Model of a normal Thyroid Gland showing its location around the trachea. Three thyroid models also show the following diseases: Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Graves’ disease and papillary carcinoma.
