Inflammatory Bowel Disease anatomical chart shows the two main types of IBD: Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. In particular, the areas of the colon affected and a close up image of what they look like inside the body is shown. Also provides a graphic of the potential complications of IBD in the context of the body such as: osteoporosis, gallstones, colorectal cancer, perforated colon, liver disease, kidney stones, strictures and inflammation of the skin. The chart describes signs and symptoms, risk factor and tests & diagnosis. In addition, treatments, medications and lifestyle changes that can help control symptoms are discussed. Each chart's size is 20" W by 26" H.
