Shipping Rates and Policies

General Delivery Information

Orders are processed every business day. Items are normally delivered within 7 - 10 business days. Specified items may require delivery by truck. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped the same day or in the same carton. Please supply street address in addition to P.O Box numbers.

 Express Delivery 

If you place an online order by 5 a.m. (CST) or call our customer service center by noon (CST), only in-stock and selected items will ship. All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are effective through January 2, 2008. Prices are subject to change without notice. Express Delivery does not include weekends. Next Day web orders placed after 5 a.m. on Friday will be be shipped the following Monday. Express Delivery available for contiguous U.S. only.

 Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST.

BACK ORDERS: 

A back order is any item that is temporarily out of stock. If we cannot ship the product, you will be notified. Credit card orders will not be charged until they are ready for shipment.

GUARANTEE AND 14-DAY RISK FREE TRIAL

If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, return it within 14 days for a full merchandise refund or exchange.  There will be a restocking fee of 20% after the 14 day grace period.

Items that are returned  used, soiled, without all components or without all original packaging may be subject to partial credit at the determination of  Anatomical Systems.  All refunds will be processed to the credit card used for the purchase
