Vertebral Column Anatomical Model, Sacrum & Coccyx Model
Vertebral ModelsSoft Disc Vertebral Column Anatomical Model with Stand is a popular spine model which features discs that are made of sponge material for a high degree of flexibility and to demonstrate bending and compression. Includes nerve branches, but no herniated disc or femur heads. This new Didactic Flexible Spine with Femur Heads Model has a didactically painted spine that is excellent for learning the relationship of the individual regions of the spine. Patients can easily understand areas where they are experiencing pain. 5 sections of the spine are differentiated by color: 7 cervical vertebrae, 12 thoracic vertebrae, 5 lumbar vertebrae, sacrum and coccyx. A disc prolapse at L3-L4 is also featured. Includes movable femur heads. Chrome stand, item SM-91, is sold separately. The Vertebral Column Anatomical Model with Muscle Painting is life-size, flexible spine includes pelvis, occipital bone, vertebral artery and dorsal herniated disc between 3rd and 4th lumbar vertebrae. Has movable femoral heads and muscle origins and insertions painted on the right innominate bone and femoral head. Cervical, thoracic and lumbar vertebrae are indicated. The Flexible Lumbral Vertebral Column Model with Herniated Disc is a functional model that includes the spinal cord and nerve branches. Illustrates a herniation of the dorsolateral intervertebral disc. Sacrum and Coccyx Model has a removable flap to reveal nerves. Flexible Thoracic Vertebral Column Model depicts a functional model of the 12 thoracic vertebrae, intervertebral discs and nerve branches. The Fifth Cervical Vertebra Model shows vertebra, its articulating surfaces, vertebral artery, spinal cord in cross-section, nerve roots and more. Mounted on board, not dissectible. Approximately 7-times life-size. The Four Stage Vertebrae Set Model features 4 pairs of life-size lumbar vertebrae in 3 stages of degeneration. Shown are a normal pair of lumbar vertebrae, a pair with a bulging herniated disc, a vertebrae set with bone and disc degeneration, and finally, advanced osteoporosis model with serious bone compression and bone spurs. Models do not dissect but can be removed for individual inspection and study. Includes removable patient education cards.
